How far in advance should I place my order?I begin taking orders 3 months in advance, so I suggest reaching out as soon as possible to ensure your date is available. Typically about 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended, but it never hurts to reach out! Please note, that there is a 15% rush fee for orders placed within 10 days of the pickup date.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?Your order is fully confirmed once I receive payment. Invoices are due within 48 hours of being sent, and I can not hold your date if I do not receive full payment (unless otherwise discussed).

How do I receive my custom cookies?Cookies will be ready by the pickup date that is on the invoice. Please read the invoice carefully, because I cannot ensure any changes once the order is confirmed. Pickup is in Russian Hill (94109), and an exact address will be provided with order confirmation. Please reach out if delivery is needed. Unfortunately, I cannot ship due to California cottage food laws.

How long do my cookies remain fresh?Cookies are individually heat-sealed to maintain freshen. They can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. They also freeze well in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Please reach out for instructions if you are interested in freezing.

Do you accommodate allergy restrictions?Our cookies contain almond extract and dairy. They are prepared in a kitchen that handles various allergens, and unfortunately, we are not do not accommodate allergy restrictions or special dietary requirements at this time.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to the scheduled pickup date, but we cannot guarantee availability. If the requested change cannot be accommodated, the original pickup date will remain in effect.
